1. Property Viewing 

   a.   Prospective tenants must physically visit the exterior of the property before submitting a rental application.

   b.   This visit is required to ensure the applicant is comfortable with the location, neighborhood, and external condition of the home.

   c.   No interior tours will be conducted until the application is submitted and approved.

2 . Submit Rental Application

    a.   applications are processed on a first-come first-served basis. 

3 . Approval and Next Steps

    a.   If an application is approved, the applicant will be invited to schedule an interior tour of the property.

    b.   If the applicant wishes to proceed after viewing the interior, a lease fee and first month’s rent must be paid to secure the lease.

4.  Pet policy 

       a.  All pets must be approved before moving in

       b.  Tenants must submit a pet application including breed, age, and weight. 

       c.  A maximum of 2 pets per household is allowed. 

       d.  Restricted breeds, no dogs over 10 pounds
